Product Introduction

The mixing cylinder of this machine has a simple structure, ensures uniform mixing, high efficiency and no material accumulation. The whole machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Working principle
One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and then the reducer transmits it to the V-shaped barrel through a coupling. Make the V-shaped drum operate continuously to drive the materials inside the drum to mix up and down, left and right.

Material structure
The cylinder of the mixer is made of 2.5mm304-2B stainless steel, the outer layer is made of 1.2mm304-2B stainless steel, and the support is made of 5# channel steel.
2. The discharge valve of the mixture is made of all stainless steel through precision processing, and the connection points are sealed with standardized silicone rubber material to ensure the sealing effect of the machine during operation.
3. The feeding port of the mixer adopts an advanced quick-opening structure, making it convenient for users to operate during feeding and cleaning.
4. Two stainless steel guide plates are welded to the seams on both sides of the mixer cylinder and polished to ensure there are no dead corners inside the cylinder, guaranteeing that the mixer can achieve the desired effect during mixing and cleaning.
5. The mixer is equipped with a forced stirring device.
