During operation, the Double Cone Mixer’s cylinder performs three-dimensional rotary motion driven by the main shaft. Materials inside the cylinder continuously tumble, convect, and diffuse with the cylinder’s rotation, creating complex compound motion trajectories. This movement achieves highly uniform mixing in a short time, especially suitable for materials with good fluidity and similar densities.
