At its core is a fluid-dynamically optimized dual helical ribbon agitator, achieving rapid three-dimensional convective, shear, and diffusive mixing—typically within 5-15 minutes—ensuring exceptional uniformity in every batch. The machine consists of a U-shaped mixing trough, a dual helical ribbon agitator, a drive unit, and a discharge valve. During operation, the motor drives the central shaft via a gear reducer, rotating the inner and outer ribbons simultaneously. The outer ribbon conveys material from the ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon moves material from the center toward the ends. Simultaneously, shear forces from the ribbons induce radial movement. This compound motion creates rapid convection and interpenetration of material in both axial and radial directions, achieving fast, uniform 3D mixing. The final product is discharged with minimal residue via a precision bottom valve.
