Vibrating Spiral Elevator: In modern industrial production, the effective utilization of vertical space and the gentle, efficient transportation of materials are crucial. Traditional conveying equipment often faces challenges such as large spatial footprint, high material breakage rates, or limited functionality. The Botek Vertical Spiral Elevator (also known as…), with its unique vibrating conveying principle and compact spiral design, offers a revolutionary solution for you. It not only achieves high vertical lifting of bulk materials with an extremely small footprint but can also integrate material cooling, drying, heating, or temperature conditioning processes within the same equipment. Whether in chemical, plastics, food, minerals, or other industries, we can customize the solution according to your material characteristics and production process requirements.
The Botek Vibrating Spiral Elevator is driven by precisely calculated unbalanced vibration motors. Two motors are mounted in a specific opposing configuration, generating a three-dimensional vibrational trajectory that winds upward along the spiral trough. Under the action of this trajectory, materials gently and continuously “climb” upward along the spiral, as opposed to being mechanically “thrown” or “squeezed.” This unique conveying method delivers multiple core advantages: extremely low mechanical wear, outstanding material protection, significantly reduced energy consumption, and virtually maintenance-free operation.

FAQS
Botek Vibrating Spiral Elevator is a vertical conveying system that uses controlled vibration to smoothly lift bulk materials (powders, granules, flakes, etc.) along a spiral trough. The machine’s gentle vibratory motion ensures material flow without degradation, making it ideal for fragile or abrasive products. It operates without internal moving parts like belts or chains, reducing maintenance and contamination risks.
Botek spiral elevators are suitable for a wide range of dry bulk solids, including:
Powders: flour, cocoa, spices, cement additives, pharmaceuticals.
Granules: plastic pellets, grains, fertilizers, coffee beans.
Fragile materials: chips, flakes, breakfast cereals.
Abrasive materials: sand, minerals, metal parts.
The enclosed design and smooth vibratory motion prevent dust generation and product breakage.
Our standard models offer lifting heights from 1 to 12 meters, with capacities ranging from 100 kg/h to 20 tons/h, depending on material characteristics and spiral diameter. Custom heights and capacities are available upon request. Detailed technical specifications can be provided based on your material test or application data.
Botek vibratory spiral elevators can handle materials up to 1000°C with optional heat-resistant coatings or cooling jackets. For cold or cryogenic applications, insulated designs are available. Please consult our engineers for specific temperature requirements.
