It automates and contains the entire discharge process. Botek Vibrating Spiral Elevator is a vertical conveying system that uses controlled vibration to smoothly lift bulk materials (powders, grânulos, flakes, etc.) along a spiral trough. The machine’s gentle vibratory motion ensures material flow without degradation, making it ideal for fragile or abrasive products. It operates without internal moving parts like belts or chains, reducing maintenance and contamination risks.
Botek spiral elevators are suitable for a wide range of dry bulk solids, including:
