What is a Bulk Bag Filling Machine?
A bulk bag filler, also known as a FIBC filling station, is a semi or fully automatic machine used to fill large flexible intermediate bulk containers (big bags) with dry bulk materials. It solves common problems like slow manual filling, product loss, dust pollution, and operator safety concerns. Our modular design means you can start with a simple system and upgrade it later as your production grows.
How Does the Machine Work? (Simple 4-Step Operation)
Position Bag: An empty bulk bag is placed on the filling platform (manually or by conveyor).
Connect & Lift: The bag spout is attached to the filling head and clamped tight. The bag is then lifted to tension it.
Fill & Weigh: The operator starts the cycle. Material fills the bag. The built-in scale weighs in real-time and stops feeding at the exact target weight.
