- Film Feeding & Forming
A roll of packaging film is mounted and fed downward. It passes through a forming tube, which gently shapes the flat film into a continuous vertical tube around the product filling point. - Vertical Sealing
The overlapping edges of the film tube are heat-sealed together along its length, creating a strong back seal. - Cross Sealing & Cutting
Two heated sealing jaws close horizontally at the set bag length. They perform two crucial actions at once:
Seal the top of the finished bag below.
Seal the bottom of the new bag being formed above.
The jaws then cut the film between the two seals, separating the finished pouch. - Filling
The product is precisely dosed into the film tube through the forming tube, timed perfectly before the cross jaws close. This ensures the product is sealed inside the newly formed bag at the bottom.
This cycle repeats continuously at high speed, producing uniform, airtight bags one after another with minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
